Deeply rooted within us is the tendency to hide our true selves, but it’s crucial to realize that we’re allowed to be our own unique avatars. Revealing our vulnerability and showcasing our own qualities actually empowers us. In my textile work, I unveil the complexity of human emotions and experiences, where each layer, every thread, and every hue illuminates a facet of our true selves that often remains unconsciously concealed.
